Why isn't a destination showing for my airport?

Sunblock only shows destinations where a direct fare from your chosen airport has actually been seen. If nobody flies there direct from your airport, it's hidden rather than shown with an estimated price for a flight that doesn't exist. Try the London option, which checks Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton together.

The price in the app is different from the airline's price.

Sunblock shows the cheapest recent fare seen for that route and month, with the date it was seen and the number of fares it's based on. Fares change constantly. The price you pay is always the one on the airline or agent's site at the moment you book.

Why is a destination missing even though it's warm and cheap?

If the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advises against travel to a destination, Sunblock never ranks it. Check gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice for the current position.

My alert didn't fire.

Check that notifications are allowed for Sunblock in Settings, then Notifications. Alerts fire when a fare for one of your blocks drops below what was last shown, so if fares have only gone up you won't hear anything. That's the right behaviour.

How do I change my airport?

Open the Settings tab in the app and choose a different departure airport. Your blocks stay as they are and re-rank for the new airport.

How do I cancel Sunblock+?

Sunblock+ is an Apple subscription. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Sunblock, and choose Cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete everything?

Delete the app. Your blocks, airport and budget are stored on your phone only, so deleting the app removes all of them. We hold nothing about you.

Is Sunblock on Android?

Not yet. It's built for iPhone first.
